This ribbon uses recycled polyester yarns, which are specifically created by recycling old textiles, unwanted clothing, and garment production waste. Our goal is to create a circular ("Textile to textile") economy that recycles the excessive waste from the textile industry to create new products, all while reducing the negative impact on the environment. We are excited to introduce this new yarn by using it to weave our most popular ribbon, the Petersham Grosgrain. If you are already familiar with our #8000 Polyester Grosgrain, this recycled version is very similar in quality and color vibrancy.
