All orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $10 per shipment.

Free Standard Ground Shipping with any online purchase of $150 is calculated before sales tax and after any discounts or coupons. If you request a special shipping method, shipping charges will apply.
Free shipping promotions apply to domestic shipments within the lower 48 states. "Standard shipping" methods may vary depending on the shipment and subject to change.
Once we have processed your order, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.
Ribbon Connections strives to keep items in stock and available for immediate purchase. However, due to the large number of items that we manufacture, many of our products must be shipped in from overseas when you place an order. In most cases the lead time is 10-15 business days.
We will contact you if any items in your order need to be backordered. You will be able to cancel or approve any backorders when we contact you.
Our policy is to wait until we are able to ship your order complete. If you choose to have your order shipped separately without the backordered item(s), delivery of the backordered item(s) will be subject to additional shipping fees.

We are not responsible for items once they leave our warehouse.
We operate FOB shipping point. This means that our responsibility of the goods transfers from shipper to buyer the moment it leaves our warehouse. Therefore we are not responsible for delays, losses, etc. All claims about missing/damaged merchandise must be made directly with the Shipping carrier. If you would like shipping insurance added to your package, please contact us.
International Shipping Policy
You will receive an email for the Shipping & Handling fees once we receive your order. Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.
If you encounter a problem with your order, contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. All returns must be pre-approved and the return authorization number must be written clearly on the box. There will be a 30% restocking fee and the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Products must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when shipped.
Our dyeable ribbons are Prepared For Dyeing, however results may vary depending on methods used. We highly suggest using an experienced dye house and testing a small amount first. We cannot guarantee results after dyeing and cannot accept refunds or exchanges on items that have been altered from its sold state.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for backorders and custom orders are not allowed.
