This item is made with organic cotton and cupro to create a satin ribbon with a very smooth and matte finish. The fine yarns that are used to weave this ribbon allows it to have a very soft draft and handfeel.
The cotton used for this ribbon is provided by the "PEACE BY PEACE COTTON PROJECT", a program that sources sustainably and ethically grown cotton in India. It aims to contribute funds that support cotton farmers and their switch to organic farming methods as well as provide their children with scholarships to access education.
